Efficient

In a typical exhaust airstream, IonO2x consumes just 0.8 - 1.2 Watts of electricity per Cubic Foot / Minute (CFM) of airflow (0.5 - 0.7 Watts per m3/h). This is the only consumable used.

IonO2x destroys VOC's using non-thermal plasma technology. The physics of non-thermal plasma allow reactions to occur that would normally only be possible at temperatures in excess of 1400°F (750°C). The end result is equal or better performance than a thermal oxidizer, at a small fraction of the energy and maintenance cost.

Reliable

Besides electronics cooling fans, IonO2x is completely solid state, resulting in low maintenence and high uptime.

Because IonO2x is a purely electrical machine, it is stable by design. The active part of the machine is a drawer of 'cells' that the exhaust stream passes through. The 'cell drawer' is engineered for easy maintenance and cleaning, and in the rare occurance of a cell failure, cells may be changed individually and within within minutes. Our clients routinely achieve a 99.9% uptime.

IonO2x has a high VOC destruction level, resulting in a 90% - 95% odor elimination in 3rd party, lab measured odor testing.
